Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, assess refractive errors and ocular health, perform refraction, diagnose and manage ocular conditions within scope of practice, prescribe spectacles and contact lenses, perform ophthalmic diagnostic procedures, educate patients on eye health, maintain accurate clinical records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
