SEINDE OLADIJI OLOJO MBA, FNIMN, MNIM
Oladiji Olojo is the Chairman Chariot Properties Limited, an astute, dynamic, versatile, hardworking and visionary entrepreneur with a practical hands-on approach, who always perseveres to achieve the best result. He is a graduate of Business Administration from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State (MAPOLY) 1991 and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University in 1999.
His wealth of experience dates back to his days in Bata Nigeria Limited (now FAMAD), from where he moved to National Bank of Nigeria Limited before joining Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited where he resigned as training coordinator in 2004 to start Chariot Properties Limited which he manages to date. Mr. Olojo’s expertise and acumen in business has earned him top management position in three (3) other companies namely; Havillah Heritage Limited, Parkland Properties Limited and Delightful Affairs.
He is also a professional member and Fellow, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria ( NIMN), Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and member of the Petroleum Technology for non-geologist and non-engineers an affiliate of Norman Oklahoma USA (August 2001)
Gbadegesin Omotayo Gbede is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Practitioner, Chartered Marketing professional and Consultant had his my primary, secondary and sixth form education. In Ijebu-ode Ogun State. He graduated from the University of Lagos, Akoka with a Bachelors degree in Accounting in 1986 and passed the qualifying examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in November 1987. He was formally admitted as an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1989 after completing his professional training with Coopers and Lybrand (an international firm of Chartered Accountants.
He became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1996 and was admitted as a Fellow and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria in1997. He was elected President of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and Chairman of its Council in 2002. In 2002, he was admitted as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He was admitted into the Institute of Capital Market Analyst in 2014 and is currently the president of that institute
In 2015, he bagged a Master of Science Degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Liverpool, UK.
He published his first book “Strategic Mergers & Acquisitions” in 1992 and had published over 15 books on various marketing and finance topics. He also published a popular marketing magazine Products & Markets, for 6 years before resting the publication in 2006.
Over a period of more than 3 decades, Omotayo Gbede had deliver hundreds of lectures at various seminars and training fora across diverse industries and sectors on issues bordering on accounting, banking, finance, human resources management, taxation and public sector. 1988, I have been facilitating lectures and seminars in various sectors of the Nigerian economy especially banking, capital market, insurance and the Public Sector. He was also involved for over 23 years in the training and development of professionals and practitioners in the fields of accountancy, banking, marketing and stock broking. He is also well grounded and have cognate experience in auditing and investigations as well the execution of regulatory compliance reviews, Due Diligence investigations and mergers and acquisitions advisory services. His areas of expertise also cover Public Private Partnershops (especially Build Operate and Transfer) transactions, Information Technology consulting, system/ business process review and design, design of financial and control systems, accounting system design, e-commerce consulting, merger/ acquisition advisory services as well as capital market consulting.
Currently, Gbadegesin Omotayo Gbede is the Managing Partner Crown & Lords (Chartered Accountants) the Managing Consultant of First County Consulting Limited and Founding Director, Westbourne Business School Lagos.

Mojisola Ademola-Phillips – Programme Director at Grittyplus Consulting Limited, a Recruitment, Training and Management Institute in Lagos, Nigeria. She started her career with the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) where she served in various capacities such as; Customer Service, Research & Development and Public Relations. She also worked for Poise Nigeria Limited as Head, Human Resources & Administration. However, she began her banking career with Omegasavings & Loans Limited (Mortgage Bankers) where she retired as Head, Human Capital Development Manager & Corporate Affairs.
As a Resource fellow, a change agent – her area of interest spans but not limited to; Winning Attitude, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Leadership & Customer Service Excellence. She facilitates Management Courses in the (CIPM) Study Centre and Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship (CICR) in Lagos. She has facilitated in more than 100 sessions open and in-house training of Grittyplus Consulting as well as speak at different functions in similar capacity.
She is a (MCIPM, MCICR and MNITAD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management and Nigeria Institute of Training and Development respectively. She also holds MBA with option in (Marketing) and graduated as a Business & Management student.
Mojisola is married with two children. She is vast and exposed in the act and practice of Service Excellence, Personal Development and Soft Skills. She is a teenager & young adult coach in “Building Leadership from the Cradle" and Mentors to young HR practitioners. She has attended training programmes in similar capacities as well as in People Management. She is presently a board member and Secretary of Covet the Redeemer College Lagos, Nigeria
Dr. KRIZ EWOMA DAVID
Kriz is a strategist and tax expert, a Partner at Midaspage Consulting, Nigeria. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Services from the prestigious East London Business School (UEL), United Kingdom. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) with over fourteen years of professional experience in Financial Advisory, Corporate Strategy and Taxation. He has vast knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the tax laws and policies of several countries.
Recently, Kriz has authored two books: ‘IFRS and Tax’ a succinct exposition of key IFRSs and the tax implications in Nigeria and ‘The Tax Manual’ principles and practice of taxation in Nigeria.
In various workshops and training Kriz has spotlighted the knowledge gap, the commercial awareness and the financial architecture needs to support the adoption of IFRS in Nigeria. He highlighted the challenges and the impact on business operations, Information Technology and Corporate and Financial Reporting, and Accounting for taxes and tax filing for entities reporting under IFRS environment. He has a good grasp and demonstrable skill in IFRS conversion and implementation.
He has vast experience of the Nigeria Banking Industry. In 2005 he led teams of consultants to carry out comprehensive due diligence on fourteen (14) banks that gave rise to the new enlarged Access Bank Plc, BankPHB Plc, FCMB Plc, and Fidelity Bank Plc.
He was the lead consultant to the 4 enlarged banks during the post-merger tax investigation carried by the FIRS officials. He has a wide range of industry experience which includes: Banks and other Financial Services Institutions, Building and Construction, Capital Market, Information Technology and Telecommunication, Manufacturing and Retailing and Oil and Gas (Upstream and Downstream). Kriz is a visiting lecturer to Wyse Associates Limited (Accountancy Training Institution, Lagos Nigeria).

He is a Faculty member and resource person for FATE Foundation, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Tony Elumelu Entrepreneur Foundation (TEEF), Emerging Young Entrepreneurs (E.Y.E). (Nasarawa State University), and Federal Ministry of Finance (N-Power Project).
He was awarded a Professional Doctorate Degree in Commerce and Enterprise Development by Liberal Bilingual University, Togo. He bagged Master Degree in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State. Postgraduate Degree in Marketing from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos State and Higher National Diploma from Federal Polytechnic Offa, Offa, Kwara. He is a Fellow, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.
